KayalEST app for iPhone and iPad

Kayal EST is an application that allows Kayal Properties tenants, managers, and staff to have access to their requests, tasks, and work orders from anywhere at any time.

Tenants:
- Create Maintenance Request including upload photos of the problem.
- Review and track status of maintenance requests.

Managers:
- Get notified of new maintenance requests, change to existing work orders, tasks and etc.
- Create, review and modify Maintenance Requests.
- Manage the rental properties, units, tenants and leases.
- Assign tasks to vendors and invite them to login to the app to view and update tasks.
- Schedule recurring maintenance like AC Service, Pool maintenance or other common areas for properties and/or units.
